The RANZ Hub is the digital platform built around RANZ membership. It puts the New Zealand Building Code, the Master Roofers Code of Practice, and decades of trade knowledge in your pocket — so you can answer compliance questions on site, train apprentices, and resolve disputes with the right reference in front of you.

- Ask AI — plain-English answers from the MRM COP, NZBC AS1s, HSWA, Construction Contracts Act, Consumer Guarantees Act and case law. Every answer is cited so you can verify it before relying on it.
- Compliance Wizard — Building Act 2004 decision trees. Find the right clause, supporting case law, and MBIE determinations fast.
- Photo inspector — AI vision triages a roof photo for defects, deterioration and code-compliance issues.
- Flashing builder — sketch a flashing on your phone with real 3D corners, slopes and hems. Emails the fab a labelled PDF spec sheet.

Free for all current RANZ members, including trainees and apprentices listed against a Primary member. Built and maintained by RANZ — not a third-party SaaS bill.
